Bar Lou Montecito is a new Casual Fine Dining Mediterranean Restaurant by established Chef & Owners, Brandon Boudet & Warner Ebbink.
Bar Lou is looking for persons who seek a professional, fun; lively kitchen environment, focused on seasonally driven, local sourced products; high-quality ingredients. We offer hands on training, culinary students welcome! Please come with a positive and polite attitude.
Position is Hourly + Tips
Job Requirements Include:
- Highly motivated, flexible, have creative problem-solving abilities, able to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously, and able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure & carry out written or oral instructions.
- The employee frequently is required to stand
-The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30-50 pounds
- Must have good hygiene
- Must have Sunday availability
- Grill Experience not required but a plus
- Two years related job experience and/or training in kitchens preferred.
- Required to work weekends and holidays
