Island Brewing Seeks Assistant Tasting Room Manager
We’re seeking an Assistant Tasting Room Manager! The right candidate will have exceptional grace under pressure skill set fused with a sense of humor and keen organizational skills. This is a position that oversees beertender staff as well as inventory management. It will require working with the Tasting Room Manager, and brewery staff to keep our customers immersed in an inviting, efficient, safe, and fun environment.
We’re looking for an extraordinary individual who is as skilled with an Excel sheet as a broom, who is able to leap problems in a single bound, who can occasionally fix things, and in short, inspire confidence in customers and brewery staff by leading by example.
A knowledge of craft beer and our offerings is paramount, as is a way to relay this to customers. Preference will be given to prior experience in craft beer segment or beverage industry. Certified Beer Server a plus.
