Our team is seeking a General Manager, and an Assistant Manager, to help run a full-service restaurant. Filled with vibrance, culture, and liveliness, the restaurant offers indoor & outdoor dining. Additionally, we are open for lunch and dinner—our menu is abundant, including an array of delicious eats & treats (for adults & kids, alike). And yes, we have a full bar—inclusive of unique, hand-crafted cocktails.
We are seeking someone who is a true "foodie," a go-getter, quick learner, and loves to work collaboratively with others, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment! Below are roles, responsibilities, and ideal qualities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a large team — FOH & BOH — be a true leader!
- Support the entire staff with a positive attitude, and collaborative mindset—but also have the ability to learn from those around you (empower & up-level the team!)
- Customer service — step-in as bartender, server, host, busser, etc when/where needed
- Work with vendors & collaborate cross-functionally
- Coordinate schedules across team members, staff meetings, trainings, etc
- Know the restaurant from the inside-out — ultimately as the GM (and also, the Assistant Manager), you are the "go-to" person for everything from arranging events, recruitment, operations, trainings, menus, make sure the restaurant is stocked in all capacities (what's available / not)
- Sell—and up-sell—everything! Know the menus, offerrings, details of everything
- Manage financials, sales, ROI, etc (GM)
- Ability to be on the floor, often standing, for long periods of time
- Diffuse problems and put out fires, when needed
- Be enthusiastic, kind, helpful, and create a welcoming environment for all!

NOTES:
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
- Knowledge of POS a plus
- Must be 21+
- Prior management experience and/or restaurant experience is preferred
