St Bibiana is seeking a personable and reliable Lead Cashier, and a Pizza Cook with daytime availability.
Lead Cashier
Shift responsibilities include:
-Accurately taking orders at the counter and over the phone
-Maintaining a working knowledge of the menu and helping customers
-Accurately delivering orders to tables
-Bussing tables
-Maintaining the dining room, front counter, and bathroom
-Light food preparation (Making salads & simple cheese plates, portioning condiments)
-Preparing and serving coffee, lemonade, iced tea
-Serving beer and wine (must be 21)
-Folding pizza boxes, polishing silverware and glassware
-Completing opening, closing, and side work lists
-Overseeing and directing cashier staff in all of the above
Qualifications:
-Previous cashier experience
-Previous food service experience
-Food Handler’s License a plus
-Availability to work weekends
-Availability to work between 11am and 10pm (St. Bibiana is currently closed Mondays & Tuesdays but will soon be open 7 days a week)
-Legally allowed to work in the United States
Pizza Cook
Qualifications
-At least three years experience cooking in a professional setting
-Previous pizza making experience
-Ability to follow recipes
-Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for entire shift
-Legally allowed to work in the United States
