We are seeking a qualified individual to manage our travel excursion company in the Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez area.
This is a part-time, independent contractor position with the amount of hours depending on the bookings/reservations placed by customers and the administrative work associated with the each respected location.
Job responsibilities will include: managing guest bookings, interviewing/hiring staff, recording timesheets, coordinating bike maintenance, managing logistics, scheduling and coordinating guest experiences.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have past experience driving/operating motorcycles and or three-wheeled vehicles.
Customer service and/or hospitality experience is a requirement
Previous management experience is highly desired but is not a requirement.
Must possess a valid US state driver’s license and maintain a safe driving history
The incumbent must have reliable transportation, good WiFi connection, and the ability to learn a variety of computer software systems in order to perform the duties of this position.
