Cajun Kitchen Cafe on Calle Real seeks a Part-time Busser to join our Calle Real: Goleta team.

Weekday Mornings Availability is required. (weekends on-call)
The pay is $16.50/hr, + tips after training completion.
The busser schedule ranges from 6:30 am or 8 am until 3 pm.
During training, shifts will be during the week and on weekends. After training, weekend shifts will be on rotation.
Cajun Kitchen Bussers
Our busser team members provide excellent customer service to our guests by supporting our wait staff to set up our dining areas. The role's responsibilities include serving and offering drinks, seating guests, providing menus and silverware, offering beverage refills, and cleaning tables.
Responsibilities
Prepare dining and patio areas
Set up tables with silverware and mugs
Welcome guests and offer menus and beverages
Refill beverages and take drink orders
Remove dirty utensils and plates
Provide silverware sets
Clean and reset tables after guests leave
Sweep and mop the entire dining area
Clean restrooms and refill supplies
Empty and take out the garbage cans
Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
Skills
Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or another entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, and holidays
Friendly and cheerful attitude
Team-oriented mentality
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
CA Food Handler card
California RBS training certificate
Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Candidates must be +18 years old, available to work mornings, at least 4 days during the week, and weekends upon request to apply for this position.
