Bossie’s Kitchen is searching for a passionate Lunch Server to join our team!
Owned by chefs Lauren Herman and Christina Olufson, Bossie's is a casual corner restaurant located in the "cow building" on Milpas and Canon Perdido, just blocks from the Santa Barbara Bowl. Our menu is seasonal, farmers' market sourced, and made from scratch. We are open for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Sunday, and closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Candidates must be professional with a good attitude, able to become part of a team, and have a desire to learn and grow.
Servers:
We are looking for outgoing candidates with excellent customer service skills, Bossie's is a small and close knit team in a neighborhood full of wonderful regulars. Available shifts: Wednesday to Sunday, 10:30am-3/3:30pm. Hourly wage is $16/hour plus tips.
All candidates:

- Dedicated to professional and personal growth.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to maintain high standards in customer service, guest experience, and quality of ingredients and preparation.
Additional Requirements:
-Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing menu items or new cooking techniques.
- Flexible availability
- Experience in a fast paced restaurant
- Servsafe certified and/or California Food Handlers Card
- Servers must be RBS certified
