Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at our brand new location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, team leadership, and hospitality.
Duties:
- Help the manager and lead a team of staff members, providing guidance and support
- Ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food handling, inventory control, and kitchen management
- Help conduct interviews (as needed) and participate in the hiring process
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
-Ordering supplies (as needed) needed to make sure the establishment runs efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering supplies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of food service management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
