In this role, you'll be the leader of Sonos Radio's strategic partnerships and oversee all team operations. You'll spearhead our relationships with our content and media partners to realize improved business outcomes and create scalable mechanisms between internal and partner stakeholders to maximize the impact of our content. In addition, you'll help the team navigate ambiguity, with an eye toward organizational health and team culture. You'll work across teams, helping to close gaps, encourage collaboration and drive efficiencies. This role will report directly to the General Manager.

What You'll Do:

Lead the day-to-day business relationships with all of Sonos Radio's partners.

Measure and track the impact of each partnership, developing and maintaining regular business reviews with each partner to monitor progress and growth initiatives.

Manage the Sonos Radio team's operating rhythm, bringing high levels organization and efficiency.

Build scalable mechanisms to support business and program operations.

Lead contract negotiations and commercial term definition with our key partners.

Partner with our finance and data teams to measure and track Sonos Radio's OKR performance and enable informed and insightful business influencing decisions.

Support the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sonos Radio Leadership Team by facilitating key discussions & decisions while offering an independent perspective with a strong truth-seeking bias.

Monitor, review and report out on high priority projects and initiatives.

Cross functional project management for content operations.

Build operating model for ensuring consistent cross-functional and partner alignment on content priorities

Develop content promotions playbook in alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners, enabling impactful, programmatic content activations

Qualifications

An understanding of the music industry and the dynamics of streaming platforms.

Experience in content development and/or production in the audio or music space.

Experience in developing strategic partnerships in a complex business environment.

Experience working with teams managing projects, programs, and initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations.

Experience crafting and negotiating partnership terms and contracts.

Working knowledge of or hands-on experience in consumer electronics at the intersection of hardware and software.

Strong analytical mindset and a desire to find actionable insights through data. Working knowledge of Tableau is a plus.

Strong relationship builder across various functions and levels. Skilled collaborator.

Ability to turn unstructured problems into manageable plans and recommendations.

Effective team player who can meet project deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
