Acceptable programs: Auto CAD, Revit, Chief Architect.
Work is from Ventura to Santa Maria, with most in Santa Barbara and Lompoc.
Weekly meetings in Santa Barbara.
As built, permit set, construction set, waterproofing details, window details, etc.
You should be able to do 80% of this work without supervision.
Payment is contract / hourly, and commensurate with experience and ability.
