Position Overview: As a Support Coach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of the individuals we serve. Your responsibilities may include, but is not limited to (see full job description for more details):

Providing direct care and support to adults with disabilities in their homes and the community, supporting/training individuals in many aspects of their lives to promote health, wellness, empowerment, and growth such as social skills, meaningful activities, soft skills, grocery shopping, transportation, medical appointments/medications, being a valued member of their community, meal planning/cooking, cleaning/laundry, personal care/hygiene, and behavioral support, etc.

Documenting and maintaining records of individual progress and support.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Compassion and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and flexibility to adapt to various needs and situations.

A valid California driver's license, valid car insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

Ability to clear a department of justice (DOJ) background check/drug screening.
