Telephone Operator/ Customer Service
Echo Communications is a family owned telephone answering service for medical professionals in the Santa Barbara & Ventura County since 1978. We have an office in downtown Santa Barbara & Ventura. This position is for an in office shift. We are open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Qualifications
Type 35 WPM
Good communication skills. Pleasant and professional phone manner
Punctuality and reliability
Bilingual a plus, but not required
Computer literate
Must be able to work weekends & holidays

3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday (off Sunday/Monday)
