The Opportunity

coVita is seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join our coVita family. You will be trained in all aspects of this career.

Highlights of this career include but are not limited to:

Customer Service

o Assist in analyzing and improving repair, support and shipping systems

o Build off existing and create spreadsheets to analyze and track repair reimbursements

o Manage product repairs/service through ticket/case system

o Answering product, order, and technical inquiries from our clients

o Collaborate on improvements to our proprietary monitor software and apps

o Help with product preparation and branding

o Quality check, prepare and test monitors

o Work with our international suppliers for repairs and maintenance

Logistics & Fulfillment

o Identify areas of cost improvements

o Streamline fulfillment processes

o Research and provide shipping quotes for domestic and international shipments

o Assisting with the importation and shipment of products throughout the US and international

o Troubleshoot Shipping and Logistical challenges to resolution

o Responding to telephone and email correspondence in a timely manner

o Liaising with our suppliers to satisfy client needs

o Assist with product preparation, branding and fulfillment

Requirements

Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software a plus

Experience with customer relationship managers (CRMs) a plus

Be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently

Successfully prioritize and manage time sensitive projects on a daily basis
