Local restoration and construction company with more than 30 years of experience, has an opportunity for a high-level member to join their team!
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site inspections for water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration, and other restoration services
for both commercial and residential properties.
- Respond quickly to all mitigation leads.
- Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for mitigation projects using Xactimate software.
- Responsible for meeting with clients, review budgets and communicate progress.
- Create estimates and final invoices with autonomy and accuracy.
- Resolve problems quickly as they arise.
Education and/or Experience
2 years experience in water damage restoration required.
Experience using Xactimate.
Residential and/or commercial estimating experience.
Extensive customer service experience.
Advanced Microsoft office skills.
Ability to work well with others, maintain professional interaction with co-workers and vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a good driving record.
Current IICRC certifications are preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, and sitting.
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
