We are seeking someone with extensive experience in Quickbooks Online to work mornings 8-12 (20 hours a week). We are a small busy company which has been in Santa Barbara for 50 years.
The position includes:
- Processing all transactions, AR and AP in QBO
- Categorizing all transactions
- Bank deposits and reconciliations
- Processing Estimates into Invoices
- Dealing with clients on the phone and in person
- Processing Payroll and Sales Tax Reports
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. Our office/shop is close to downtown. We are a friendly local business looking for a permanent part-time employee.
