Your CBD Store Santa Barbara is seeking a fun person with a great personality to join our team.
We are a unique CBD store that prides itself on providing a personalized and educational experience to every customer. Known for our "red carpet treatment," we offer tailored wellness consultations, and educational guides of our products and our store, educating customers about our products and their benefits, and sampling our high-quality CBD products.
PART TIME 1-3 days per week (8hr shifts 10:15am-6:15PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer feels special and welcomed.
- Conduct engaging and informative guided tours of the store, explaining various CBD products and their uses.
- Sample products with customers, providing knowledge and recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all products, staying informed about the latest CBD trends and research.
- Handle sales transactions and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Natural extrovert, comfortable with speaking, entertaining, and engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Passion for wellness and CBD products, with a willingness to continuously learn.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and possess the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older.
