The franchise owner is responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, supervising and providing assistance in the operation of the school cafeteria with a staff serving breakfast and lunch with additional a la carte sales. Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff engaged in purchasing and preparing food and supplies for food services. Ensure the cleanliness of food service areas and equipment. Is responsible for Profit and Loss of Food Services facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administration & Management:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations

Ensure compliance with franchise standards, policies, and procedures

Manage purchasing, inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships

- Team Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff

Schedule and manage staff

Work collaboratively in all facets of position to meet position requirements and support Company goals

- Customer Satisfaction:

Build strong relationships with school administrators, faculty, parents, and students

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

- Sales & Marketing

Promote food services and daily specials

Create on-campus brand awareness

- Food Services

Adhere to food handling and storage best practices

Develop and manage appealing and diverse menus

Source fresh, high-quality ingredients

- Budget & Finance:

Develop and manage budgets

Manage cash flow / P&L reports

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in business ownership or food service management.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Marketing and sales experience.

- Knowledge of the food industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Adaptability and problem-solving skills.

- High school diploma or GED.
