Role Description
This is a new, full-time on-site role for a Coordinator located in Goleta, CA. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Operations/Accounting/Administrative Departments.
Qualifications
Experience in the restoration or construction industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with others, maintain professional interaction with co-workers, clients, and vendors.
Essential Duties:
Support bookkeeping tasks.
Customer Service: answer telephone calls and emails.
Organize new job information, route calls, take messages and resolve conflicts.
Set up appointments for estimators for job inspections.
Provide general support to internal clients.
Special projects as requested.
Schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position.
