Part Time Bookkeeping Position for Local Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company!
All applicants must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in all aspects of bookkeeping, be highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable with QuickBooks Pro, Excel and MS Office to be considered for the position.
Part Time: Looking for someone that can work 2-3 full days per week (flexible on which days)
Applicants must be detail oriented, organized, punctual, self-starter with an excellent work ethic and possess knowledge of the following skills:
1. A/P and A/R;
2. Bi-monthly payroll;
3. Quarterly Federal and State Payroll Tax Filings;
4. Multiple Monthly Bank Account Reconciliations;
5. Year End CAM Reconciliations and Budgets for Properties;
6. Income Tax Preparations;
7. Daily Cash Flow Statements;
8. Administrative Skills (EXCEL/word/filing)
Familiarity with the Property Management Business and Real Estate would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
