Build commercial quality learning content using industry accepted instructional design processes (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's etc.) Ability to create original graphics/artwork using Adobe Creative Suite Determine the most appropriate and effective learning methods for audience Work subject matter experts, stakeholder, business sponsors and students to ensure learning objectives are met Present complex information using instructionally effective methods Ability to assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustmentsEssential Functions Develop commercial quality learning content using industry accepted instructional design processes Prescribe recommended learning solutions Determine the most appropriate and effective learning methods for the audience Recommend training methods Ability to work in fast-paced environment Work with subject matter experts, stakeholder, to ensure learning objectives are met Present complex information using instructionally effective methods Analyze/assess training effectiveness and recommend adjustments Ability to create simulation training using Captivate or other Adobe tool(s) Supervision Received or Extended Works independently with supervisory consultation Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
