Receptionist

Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist role in our office located in SANTA ANA, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Responsibilities: Manage the reception area and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls as required. Handle email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries. Schedule appointments and organize files as necessary. Assist with deliveries and validations. Operate Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Use your strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. Manage office operations in a slow-paced environment. Ensure the reception area is always clean and welcoming. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role as a Receptionist Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system Demonstrated ability in providing high-quality customer service Experience in data entry tasks Ability to handle email correspondence effectively Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with various clients and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Experience in organizing files and maintaining filing systems Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
