Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Santa Ana, California. In this role, you will be expected to review, draft, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring contract performance and maintaining accurate documentation. This position operates within the industry and requires extensive interaction with clients and government agencies.Responsibilities: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, fostering clear and effective communication with clients and government agencies. Regularly monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and program management, to address and resolve contractual issues. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide recommendations for contract modifications and extensions. Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and contract modifications. Stay abreast of changes to industry regulations and implement necessary adjustments to company practices. Provide training and support to internal teams regarding contract management policies and procedures. Utilize various software systems including CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ADP - Financial Services for efficient contract administration and management. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of CRM systems Familiarity with DCAA regulations Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in Auditing Familiarity with Billing Functions Knowledge of Budget Processes Understanding of Compliance requirements in contract administration Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
