Business System Analyst (100% Remote)

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Business System Analyst to join a real estate technology company in Santa Ana, CA for a full-time, permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience in Waterfall methodology, SQL and software industry.

Responsibilities:

Write, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
Developer functional requirements and provide options and solutions
Work with product team to create requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for development/QA teams
Participate in sprint planning activities and decompose large enhancement requests into smaller sprint size user stories
Document data and process flows, perform impact analysis, and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in timely manner

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a business system analyst
Experience in SQL
Experience in software or technology industries
Experience in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies
Good understanding of SDLC
