Accounts Payable Manager

Description Robert Half, Management Resources is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts payable process on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of efficiently managing accounts payable functions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The following role is onsite 100% in Costa Mesa/Santa Ana area.Responsibilities:-Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.-Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions related to accounts payable.-Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.-Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.-Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.-Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports for management review.-Develop and implement process improvements to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency.Requirements -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
