Job DescriptionThese positions have been filled:Activity 1-Prospecting-Engage in mobility sales prospecting Attend on-site customer meetings, public safety events, etc Generate sales leads Follow up on assigned sales leads Funnel managementActivity 2-Sales-Negotiation, pricing, and contracting activity to deliver an executed agreement between customer and AT&T. Negotiate device/rate plan/feature pricing Develop post-sale deployment plan Execute agreementActivity 3-Deployment-Perform ordering functions and deploy services. In compliance with the executed agreement, engage in ordering of services via AT&T systems Collaborate with customer on deployment schedule Perform on-site deployment with customer Post-deployment testing and validation of customer requirementsActivity 4-Lifecycle Support-Post deployment, provide lifecycle support to customer Troubleshoot post deployment issues and billing disputes Provide device warranty services as defined in customer agreement Engage in post sale new sales and deployments Perform disconnect activity initiated by customerWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
