Job Description SummaryProvides internal and external Ultrasound customers with remote applications support. Support internal and external Ultrasound customer Applications Operational needs through Avaya phone, CRM, Sight Call, product simulators, and InSite tools as needed.

Assist service Technical Support Engineering (TSE) with problem resolution.

Develop, coordinates, and delivers remote product training content for TSE and RCA team members training sessions.

In-depth knowledge of the Ultrasound technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute service strategy.

In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

Required Qualifications

BS/BA; Associates Degree or Active Registries required in Cardiac and/or Vascular (RDCS – Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) or RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist)

Field Applications experience and knowledge of demonstrating basic cardiac & some advanced cardiac scanning information of Ultrasound.

Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and 4 years commercial experience with demonstrated cardiac skills in specific advanced ultrasound cardiac product features.

Experience with GE Ultrasound products, to include all Vivid and Echopac systems Support internal and external Ultrasound customer Applications Operational needs through Avaya phone, CRM, Sight Call, product simulators, and InSite tools as needed.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
