JOB REQUISITIONClient Customer Success ManagerLOCATIONSAN RAMONJOB DESCRIPTIONJob Summary:Our Customer Success team advises and guides online clients and candidates to ensure engagement, adoption and continually drive business value.The Client Customer Success Manager role will work closely with clients to capture and refine their hiring needs and challenges and then coach them on the most strategic ways to use our online product to solve them. In addition, they will act as a liaison to candidates by assisting in candidate sourcing and registration.From time to time you may also work with the business development team, to provide input into their strategic customer plans where possible, helping them to identify areas where existing customers could improve their use or uncovering new uses for our online product.Part coach, project manager, consultant and product expert, our Customer Success Managers are continually focused on helping our customers improve their team communication and being successful online.Responsibilities Include:
Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first
Guide and coach customers dedicated customer success processes
Client Success
On boarding
Job order creation
Candidate selection and interview scheduling
Job offers and candidate acceptance
Post offer acceptance through guarantee period and beyond
Candidate Success
Recruiting and sourcing new online candidate registrations
Assisting candidates from registration through the interviewing stage to job offer and acceptance
Strategize and partner with the business development team to help meet performance goals
Accomplish daily and weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
Troubleshooting with clients and candidates
Coach customers to become product experts and train their teams on the use and benefits of the RH platform so they become increasingly self-sufficient and drive internal adoption and utilization
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty
Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions
Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
Craft customer onboarding assets, adapt existing customer onboarding assets and work with product marketing to refine existing and create new onboarding assets
Strategically assist drive customer references and case studies
Required Background and Experience:
Bachelor’s/Associates degree preferred
High levels of communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to work within a high performing team
Superior customer service skills and experience (high end retail experience helpful)
Technology savvy background with ability to quickly learn new platforms/systems
Strong desire to succeed
