Manage and maintain Salesforce instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs, including but not limited to workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within Salesforce.

Production Support:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues in production environments.

Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and performance improvement.

User Story Writing:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into clear and concise user stories.

Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment between user stories and business objectives.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure user stories are effectively implemented and tested.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and procedures.

Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to promote Salesforce adoption and proficiency among stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend and implement process improvements.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in the Salesforce environment.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, design, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience

Proven experience in Salesforce administration, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and capabilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.

Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria in an Agile development environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques, such as Salesforce Data Loader or MuleSoft.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role providing Salesforce support and training.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.$74,000.00 - $109,000.00We offer exceptional earning potential and a competitive benefits package, including group health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental), FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks, and short/long term disability.
