Description A growing company in the Tri-Valley area is hiring a bookkeeper to support payroll processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliations. If you enjoy working with numbers and ensuring financial accuracy, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team.Pay Range: $27 - $32 per hour, depending on experienceKey Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Reconcile employee expense reports and credit card transactions.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Support month-end reconciliations and reporting tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of bookkeeping or payroll processing experience.
Experience with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or similar software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
