Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This role involves managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Hourly pay range: $23.00- $28.00, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Maintain accurate records and control reports.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
