Freshworks is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to drive regional marketing in North America. This role will lead our regional marketing strategy and in-region teams while also interfacing and coordinating with global marketing support organizations.We are seeking an inspiring leader who cultivates a growth mindset, champions the customer, and leads with vision while executing with operational excellence. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, and driving measurable business outcomes in collaboration with our sales and business development teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead with Vision: Inspire the North America Field Marketing team with a clear, forward-looking vision. Align regional marketing priorities with global corporate objectives, ensuring clarity, direction, and accountability across teams.Champion the Customer: Lead initiatives to redefine customer excellence for global enterprises. Represent Freshworks at executive and board-level engagements, advocating for customer success and long-term partnerships.Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Foster innovation by creating space for experimentation in go-to-market strategies and programs. Model resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, complex SaaS sales environment.Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to our North America Field Marketing team, identifying and nurturing top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion to build innovative, competitive teams.Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include demand generation campaigns, ABM, field events, user events, industry events, webinars, and digital initiatives.Collaborate closely with sales, business development, customer success, and global marketing teams to ensure strong execution and alignment.Execute with Excellence: Drive operational excellence by implementing robust systems and processes to manage high-stakes accounts and pipeline generation. Maintain a results-driven focus while fostering collaboration across functions.Understand marketing customer segmentation, value proposition, and provide feedback on how to meet specific market needs.Manage budgets, investment models, track and measure all marketing programs. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
