The firm partners with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporations to transform mobility industries, focusing on cleaner, faster, and safer transport solutions across all terrains. Support the firm’s financial oversight, including processes like capital calls, management fees, invoicing, and cash management.
Conduct reviews and reconciliations of quarterly financials.
Assist in updating management-level financial models, coordinating audits, and maintaining each fund’s Schedule of Investments.
Collaborate with the fund administrator to ensure accurate quarterly financial reporting.
Manage data collection tools for portfolio monitoring to inform investment decisions.
Support daily Finance and Operations activities, including compliance manual upkeep, training, and implementation.
Manage the firm’s compliance monitoring services.
Partner with HR to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to tax optimization initiatives with the VP of Finance and Operations.
Requirements
5+ years of fund accounting experience from audit clients, fund admin or inhouse fund.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Excellent time management / organizational skills
