Description Our client, a Non-Profit organization, in San Mateo, CA is seeking two contractors to work in Client Services. This role requires in skills speaking with clients face to face, video, or phone. You are someone that has experience working with a diverse population including those who may have experienced challenges, crisis, or adversity. The role requires some onsite work and bilingual in Spanish/English.What you get to do:

Provide excellent quality and timely services to clients engaged in seeking services.

Perform intakes, screenings and assessments

Provide crisis counseling, develop plans and support

providing services, referrals and mediation to resolve barriers

Provide information and referrals regarding program and other community services

Review and monitor progress, act as a liaison/advocate for the client.

Maintain all administrative duties including but not limited to: maintaining current all documentation of assessments and diversions in real time. Maintain complete, compliant, accurate, timely and organized client files, both physical and electronic files. This includes but is not limited to closing out files in a timely manner and maintaining files according to gov’t and industry standards and regulations.

Perform data entry and reporting

Meet regularly with staff as needed to discuss case management operations, keeping them informed and allowing for input related to case management.

Travel required to various locations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social or Human Services Related field. Masters in Social Work strongly desired.

Must be able to travel between agency sites or other locations as assigned.

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Ability to travel to San Mateo County locations

Two (2) or more years experience including advocacy and case management services.

Experienced in working with individuals in high-risk populations

Clear understanding of professional boundaries with high-risk clients

Excellent computer proficiency: experienced with all programs in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based operating systems; ability to learn new computer databases.

Strong and timely data entry, management, and reporting skills.

Strong administrative, adaptive and organizational skills.
