Description Accountant with PO Experience needed!Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Accountant with Purchase Order (PO) management skills to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, with a detailed understanding of purchase order management.Responsibilities: Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions by entering account information, including details of purchase orders. Manage and track the issuance of purchase orders, and representation of these in the accounting system. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Secure financial information by completing database backups. Audit purchase orders to make sure they are in compliance with the organization’s financial regulations and policies. Partake in financial standards setting and in forecast process.Requirements Requirements: A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Proven accounting experience with a solid understanding of purchase orders. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles. Awareness of business trends. Familiarity with financial accounting statements. Experience with accounting software and MS Excel. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
