Assist with financials for investment funds and management company.
Collaborate on analytical projects including valuations and comparable analyses.
Monitor data collection from portfolio companies.
Support investor relations team and LPs.
Help automate processes for efficiency.
Manage quarterly/annual close and financial statement preparation.
Shadow fund administrator on bookkeeping.
Draft quarterly reports to investors.
Assist with Finance policy documentation.
Coordinate with external audit team for year-end financial statements.
Prepare for year-end audit and tax schedules.
Work with Finance and Investor Relations for capital call/distribution allocations.
Track and prepare audit confirmation requests for LPs and portfolio companies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
CPA license preferred.
5-7+ years of in-house fund accounting experience or audit group experience required.
Flexible team player with a knack for meeting deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and experience in high-performance teams.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerPoint.
