Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in a syrup flavoring plant. This is a temporary position, lasting 2-3 months, as we transition from one warehouse to another next door. The shift is from 1 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates will operate a sit-down forklift, pick orders, and perform various inspection tasks, including checking bottles for correct labels, leaks, and capping. You will handle both glass and plastic bottles and lift boxes weighing up to 75 pounds.Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials within the warehouse.
Pick orders and prepare them for shipment.
Inspect bottles for correct labels, overflow of syrup, leaks, and proper capping.
Box bottles and prepare them for transportation.
Lift and handle boxes of full and empty bottles, weighing up to 75 pounds.
Essential Skills
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge.
Inspection and production experience.
General Data Protection (GDP) understanding.
Packaging skills.
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
Experience with pallets and order pulling.
Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
Attention to detail.
Reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 2 years of warehouse experience (candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered).
Production experience is a plus.
Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome but will not be eligible for conversion.
Work EnvironmentThis is a large facility with a warehouse on one side and a production area on the other. The production side operates with 4-10 workers per line, with 4 lines running simultaneously.
