Job Description:Global Renewable Energy Tech Manufacturer is seeking to add a temp Accounts Receivable Revenue Associate to the team! This position would be reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting and will be responsible for the duties listed below. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of accounting principles, MS Excel and accounting software experience, with strong communication skills to interact regularly with other departments in the organization as well as with international offices.Responsibilities: -Responsible for AR/Billing, processing high volume customer payments of CC/ACH/Wire Transactions-Support AR and Collections by following up with customers on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments-Assist in reviewing sales/shipping orders, and maintain accurate accounting records by US GAAP and SOX Controls. -In charge of daily bank wire collections, check deposit, credit card process, and payment journal-Participate in sales order and shipping review under ASC 606 revenue recognition-Coordinate with Project Management and Shipping in sales order and shipping reviews-Maintain accurate accounting records by US GAAP and SOX Control-Other duties & projects as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 1-2+ years of B2B Accounts Receivable and Billing experience Processing high volume Credit Card, ACH, Wire transactions Knowledge in US GAAP, basic accounting principles and processesMS Excel skills (intermediate)Manufacturing industry experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of Work Schedule: Onsite 4-days a week Monday-Thursday in San Leandro, CA.
