Summer 2025 Intern, Information Technology (SOX Compliance)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:We are seeking highly motivated university students in their last year of study (graduating May/June 2026) to learn and contribute hands-on while working with our IT SOX Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance within a dynamic business environment.Interns will have the opportunity to:Assist in the evaluation and documentation of IT controls in alignment with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance requirements.Perform control testing, analyze results, and assist in preparing reports for management review.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Finance, to identify and remediate control gaps.Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Participate in projects to enhance IT compliance processes, including leveraging new tools and technologies.
