The Mechanical Sourcing team is searching for an exceptional individual with a blend of mechanical and thermal knowledge to join our ranks. In this role, you’ll play a key part in formulating and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that will shape our product offerings. Five plus years of experience in the mechanical and/or thermal industry, with an understanding of relevant manufacturing processes and procedures.
BA/BS degree, with at least 5 years of experience in a technical or commercial field.
Five plus years of experience negotiating complex deals, ensuring competitive advantage and high satisfaction for Cisco’s customers.

Executive-level influence: Experience working effectively with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to drive alignment and decision-making.
Team-oriented and people-focused, with strong interpersonal skills to inspire collaboration across diverse groups.
