People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data and insights to drive continuous improvements across the business.What You Will Do:As the Repair Service Representative, you will be responsible for representing the Stryker brand by supporting our customers daily with all ProCare requests over the phone, email, and through assigned cases. Your essential duties and responsibilities may require you to:

Will serve as the primary resource in providing customer support by answering and/or resolving questions as they relate to international service and repair. Possible support includes, but is not limited to, basic product information, pricing, and service program information.

Serves as the SME for International Repairs

Serve as project lead for the International Repair value stream

Processing RMAs, managing shipments, and processing invoices for international repairs

Receiving and managing repair approvals through SFDC

Review the RODR report to manage customer approvals, quotes and shipments to reduce items on the report

High aptitude for time management between tactical and team support

Effectively collaborate with necessary cross-functional groups

Timeliness, professionalism, and genuine care in these responses will be key metrics for this individual.

Communicate guidelines and policies effectively with all internal and external customers.

Work with the cross-functional teams to prioritize urgent repair orders.

What You Need:Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred :

Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, or Salesforce

Customer Service Experience

$21.05/hr. - $37.02/hr. plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. About StrykerOur benefits:
