If you said Yes! and this is your passion, we have the perfect career for you!What you ll doAs a GES Senior, you will:Process payroll for our clients, at times onsite in their own payroll systems utilizing ADP or equivalent systems/technologies.General responsibilities include the following:Processing our clients new hire, rehire and transfer payroll forms as well as terminations, severance pay, leave of absence pay, bonuses, equity, fringe benefits as well as child support and tax liens in payroll.Processing of clients payroll/HR changes, including tax withholding, direct deposit, salaries, deduction changes, other client policy provisionsResponding/resolving client s payroll and time off related inquiries from employees based on client requirementsAnalyze taxability of client s payroll related items, review and coordinate proper set up of payroll codesPrepare and/or review client s payroll filings such as Form 941/940 and other state related forms as well as prepare and/or review Forms W-2 and W-2cPrepare and process client s prior quarter adjustments, prepare reconciliations for payroll runs and benefits deductionsOther duties as assignedThe TeamAt Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services tax consultants help multinational clients develop tax-aligned compensation and benefits programs that address their international and domestic needs.
