Media Engineer/C Developer Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite /Remote) 12 months What You Will Do :
- Design and development on video conferencing products
- Collaborate with developers, QA, Devops, customer for requirements
- Write Unit test cases for the newly developed code as well as legacy code
- Running security scans using Blackduck, Veracode, Coverity and analysis/fix issues
- Creating dev machines in Azure environment for development work
- Creating builds using Jenkins and collaborate with Devops for deployment and QA for validation and verification
- Feature development as per product priority
- Risk forecasting
- Maintaining the process hygiene by using Agile methodologies and its principals
- Communicate effectively
- C/C expertise
- Hands-on exp on Python scripting,
- Hands-on exp on video conferencing product development
- Hands-on exp on cloud deployment
- Hands-on exp Signaling protocols like SIP, H323, media protocols like RTMP, RTP
- Hands-on exp on audio/video codecs
