The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for driving results through data-driven marketing strategies, proven experience in event management, and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.The position reports to the Director of Marketing.As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:Execute and analyze marketing campaigns, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.Support Marketing Managers in developing and implementing effective channel marketing programs.Partner with Product Managers and Sales to create and deliver integrated marketing and sales programs.Design compelling promotions and meticulously track campaign performance to ensure ROI.Develop proficiency in providing business insights through data analysis of marketing activities, including SEO and social media performance.Initiate, design, and execute comprehensive marketing events, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results.Evaluate sales incentive reports and develop innovative promotion proposals to maximize sales.Supporting Marketing Director in various projects as required
