Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a qualified L1 Technician to join their team for an on-site position. Responsibilities:
- Ship new computers to employees
- 95% Mac shop / some PC
- Troubleshoot Mac and PC
- Hiring around 20-30 people a week
- Set up new and existing users
- Receive, wipe, reimage and send out
- Troubleshoot Mac, send laptop to Apple Care for larger issues
- Use Congee to install
- Previous experience working in a tech environment
- Previous MAC experience
- Experience working for a technology company
- Ability to work hours are M-F, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm
- Work quickly and independently
- Able to work fully on-site
