- 8 + years of experience with software engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IVR Call flow development.
- Must have hands-on development experience using either Java or any object-oriented languages
- Must have knowledge in JavaScript fundamentals & syntax and ready to work on the scripting language ( No UI skills required) - The candidate is expected to do code tests in JavaScript and/or Java during the assessment process.
- Strong hands-on technologies like VXML, UML, State Diagram, JSON, SQL
- At least conceptual knowledge in state-machine is expected (can read from YouTube or learning site before attending the technical interview, refer below for learning links)
- Working experience on Tools like Eclipse, Papyrus with Unix/Linux OS
- Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting skill
- Experience in test-driven development
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like perforce, Git
- Agile-Scrum knowledge is required
- Excellent communication, client interaction and stakeholder interaction are must
- Strong understanding of Natural Language design and Directed Dialogue design techniques for speech applications (preferred)
