Complete tasks to help VoIP engineers migrate Agencies from Cisco UC/UCCE version 10.5 to version 12.5 Specific Tasks: 1. Config and create cutsheets with relevant info on an agency's VoIP phones in preparation for successful agency cut-overs. 2. Provide post-cutover support to agencies. Required Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP Unified Communications/Unified Contact Center Enterprise technology.Experience Requirements: Hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation e.g. CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc. etc. 5+ years' experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
