Description Summary: The Human Resources Generalist II coordinates, administers and develops various human resources services and functions within the organization. Under the general guidance of senior Human Resources management, the incumbent works with employees on all payroll and all shifts. The incumbent supports up to 150 employees. The incumbent often confronts complex issues or problems, which require careful analysis and diagnosis. Problems are often unique, and solutions can require original approaches.Duties and Responsibilities: Administer compensation and benefits through the HRIS (TriNet), including payroll processing, 401(k) account funding (Fidelity), and reporting tax liabilities on stock-based earnings (RSUs, ESPPs). Generate HR reports and perform data analytics as necessary. Provide direction and guidance to all levels of employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency. Keep employees, managers, general managers, and leadership members advised on changes. Play an integral part with integrating cultural values in the day-to-day business activities. Provide direction to organization interpretation and application of employee-related policies, practices, and procedures, as well as international laws if applicable, governmental regulations, and internal investigations to enhance consistency and maintain and improve the work environment of the organization. Provide employment and personnel services including hiring new employees, administering benefits, providing appropriate training, and ensuring a safe work environment. Implement policies, practices and procedures related to employment practices, appropriate training, benefits, and safety. Support and coordinate -training, development initiatives, performance reviews, andpromotion to ensure effective staffing and talent management. Assist managers in addressing individual and organizational effectiveness issues and compensation administration. Other duties as assigned.Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field At least 2-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist Experienced working in a fast-paced environment Vast working knowledge in employee relations, employment laws, personnel, training, and · Operations · Must possess strong process management and communications skills, along with · managing through systems, patience, and personal computer proficiency.
