Help/Service Desk TechnicianSan Jose, CAContract: $30-$40 per hour

Our client is looking for a Help/Service Desk Technician for a 6-to-12-month contract with the possibility of being hired permanently. You will help support the employees with laptop and mobile issues as well as help manage the systems and networks.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Tech Support experience
  • SCCM, M 365, Teams, Active Directory
  • Experience supporting computers and mobile devices

  • Some experience working with networks, switches, firewalls
