Job Title: GRC Tool Specialist (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)Location: RemoteType: Long-term ContractRate: $70/hr. W2Job Overview:We are urgently seeking a GRC Tool Specialist to support both the Duo and Umbrella business units in their GRC tooling initiatives, with a focus on the Galvanize platform (RiskBond) .Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end GRC tooling lifecycle using Galvanize (Risk Bond) , including discovery, proof of concept (POC), building, and implementation phases.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and ensure proper alignment with business goals.

Identify and remediate risks , gaps, and concerns during the data transition and building phases, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Provide technical expertise to design and deliver a roadmap for a successful implementation.

Work continuously with the GCC group and SBG teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality for both historical and new data.

Implement AWS infrastructure and utilize programming knowledge in Java and Go as required for the GRC toolset.

Ensure high standards of compliance and risk management through ongoing improvement initiatives.

Must have skills:

AWS infrastructure

Java

GO Programming Language

Required Skills:

Proven experience with full cycle GRC tooling implementation , particularly with Galvanize (RiskBond) .

Ability to gather and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions.

Strong risk mitigation, remediation, and data governance skills.

Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and its role in GRC implementation.

Proficiency in Java and Go programming languages.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
