Enrollment Specialist (Talent Engagement Specialist)

In this Talent Engagement role, you will be an integral part of the Operational team, responsible for greeting clients, client outreach, and appointment scheduling. In this role, it is integral that you manage client information in the database and see each client through to completion. You will support the team by gathering needed data and generating reports. In this role, you will also assist with new participant orientations and assembling all necessary informational materials or packets. In this role you will:Respond to voicemail messages and emails within 24 hours of receiptSchedule client orientationsSeek out process improvements to improve the companyConduct orientationsReach out to referralsEnter Data in CaljobsTravel to partner organizations as needed for enrollment orientations and documentsSubmit applications to QA for approval as neededParticipate in Job fairs and answer client questions
